Ok but slow

App works well with Collector program but it is VERY slow to detect barcode. I note that someone has had same problem but not everybody - is this related to platform? Im using my iPod. Other barcode apps e.g. Pict2shop works much faster - finds barcode easily. Please fix this bug as I am keen to buy CZ databases but wont if the scanner is too slow
